CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel or reschedule 48 to 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your service. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service. By booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing to our policies.

Jules Gainey
Jules specializes in haircutting, utilizing both shears and a razor, creating custom looks for each guest. With the goal of beautiful low maintenance hair, she focuses on enhancing and embracing each individual's natural texture along with complimenting their features and lifestyle. Jules takes pride in creating haircuts that will require less effort to look amazing day after day and teaching each client how to style their own hair with ease. Jules' hourly rate is $160/hr.
Ava Neely
Ava has a passion for creating detailed, customized cuts that fit you and your lifestyle. She focuses on a thorough consultation to understand her clients hair goals and establish a game plan on how best to achieve them. Ava’s specialties include bouncy layered cuts, curly cuts, and chic textured bobs. Ava’s hourly rate is $85/hr.
Zo Driver
Zo is a curl specialist based in Charlotte, NC! They’ve been a licensed hairstylist for 9 years and love to help people express themselves through their hair while embracing their natural texture. As a proud member of the queer community, they strive to provide a safe and comfortable space for every person who sits in their chair, regardless of gender identity, sexuality, race, or religion. Zo’s hourly rate is $100/hr.
